Terms and conditions for training courses


These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply online training products to you.

Please read these terms carefully before you book your training with the trainer. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time.


TRAINING COURSES

Robotel provides Training Courses in conjunction with selected Training Providers. To the best knowledge of Robotel these Training Providers are suitably qualified and accredited to deliver the training courses offered. 

The training course format is ONLINE, unless otherwise indicated in the purchased course description. In such cases it is not possible to require onsite presence of the trainer. Onsite training is possible to purchase as a different product.

The course can take place when client and the trainer agreed on the date and time of specific course meetings. We are accepting training course reservation that are made in writing. The client may use the online form on this website or the email address of the trainer on the contact page.

Robotel provides technical requirements for your Online Training Courses at this webpage ( “Instruction for IT support” document). Please note that we reserve the right to change these requirements for any Training Course at any time and without notice.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure:
• that the SmartClass+ digital language lab meet the requirements of the Training Course
• the stable online connection for online Training Courses
• good quality sound, screen and webcam screen transmit.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the delegates meet the prerequisites of the course on which they are booked, and that the course content meets their requirements. 

Robotel will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Any other conditions or warranties whether express or implied as to the quality of the Services are hereby expressly excluded.

Unless otherwise indicated, all courses are delivered solely in English and all delegates must be sufficiently proficient in English language before attending a course.

COURSE DURATION

Course durations and access periods for materials are clearly stated on the website. 
All courses are run on working days only, unless otherwise stated.

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES

Number of attendees per a course is clearly stated on the website.
In case of the course is offered in the individual and in a group form, the form must be determined by client before the first course meeting take place.

CANCELLATION OF TRAINING COURSES

If you cancel a scheduled Online Training Course meeting: – all cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of relevant Training Course meeting. We will only accept cancellations that are made in writing (form or email of the trainer on the contact page of this website). If a delegate fails to attend a Training Course (connection is not made up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start), or a cancellation is sought within the 24 hours prior to the start of such Training Course, full payment for the scheduled training hours will be required.

The trainer will offer alternative date for the scheduled training course hours which were cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start of relevant Training Course meeting.

Robotel reserves the right to withhold services or provide reduced services if course participants attending on the Client’s behalf fail to satisfy course requirements or meet the course prerequisites.

Robotel reserves the right to cancel, curtail or re-schedule training courses or events, in which case it shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the customer and provide alternatives. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates or extra training hours for free.

DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The policy of Robotel with respect to data protection is detailed in these Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Notice which should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions of contract.

Where Services are certified training courses, the client consents to allow Robotel full access to examination results arising from their bookings. This information will be used in accordance with the requirements of relevant data protection legislation. The data will only be used to evaluate effectiveness of training and to assist Robotel in providing advice to its clients.

All Intellectual Property associated with training courses or other Services shall remain vested in the owner be it Robotel, its Training Provider or others.

Intellectual Property which is identified as, or can reasonably be deemed to be, confidential shall not be copied or reproduced or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Robotel. The Client shall ensure that its employees and all those under the Client’s control and supervision comply with this obligation.

Where services are provided to the specification or special requirements of the client, the client shall indemnify Robotel against all costs, claims and damages incurred or arising out of any alleged infringements of Intellectual Property.

GENERAL

We develop, distribute and maintain the Training Courses. We will also manage your access to the Training Courses and provide support to you, where necessary. You shall not copy, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the content and concept of Training Courses and Training Materials or any other copyrighted materials provided other than for your individual training. Any other purpose is expressly prohibited under these terms. You shall also not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the content and concept of Training Courses and Training Materials or any other copyrighted materials. We provide the materials ‘as is’ and without any warranties, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under statute. We also do not warrant that the materials will be error free, including technical inaccuracies.
